Laeka can’t give her birthday present to her beloved little neighbor down the street because of a constraining environment. But no matter, thanks to her mischievousness, she involves her neighbors to achieive her goal.
By this small action wich seems islated, this street at the beginning dull and deserted, is going to be animated and colored little by little under the impulse of the small girl.
